Andy Phillips, Executive Chef
Andy Phillips is a California native, and graduated in 2005 with honors from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. He has been working in leadership roles at distinguished restaurants all over the San Francisco Bay Area for the past eight years, including Gravity Bistro & Wine Bar in Palo Alto, Esin Restaurant & Bar in Danville, The Restaurant at Wente Vineyards, Zax Tavern, Four Seasons Resorts, and Scala’s Bistro. Andy began as Executive Chef at Va de Vi in February 2013, where he continues his focus on using high quality, seasonal and local ingredients in our globally inspired small plates concept. He lives with his wife and daughter in Dublin, California.
