Brad Zeller, Executive Chef

Brad Zeller was born and raised in the Bay Area, and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island in 2006 with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Foodservice Management. Past experiences include Revival Bar + Kitchen in Berkeley, Esin Restaurant & Bar in Danville, Walnut Creek Yacht Club, and Jardinière in San Francisco. Brad began as Sous Chef at Va de Vi in September 2013, and took over as Executive Chef in September 2015. He looks to continue using the seasonal, high quality ingredients that Va de Vi is known for in their international small plates concept.
