Chef Marco Lera

Executive Chef Marco Lera has worked at Va de Vi since 2012, displaying his dedication, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.  He excelled in every aspect of our kitchen, showing clear determination and a passion for making great food.  After becoming our Sous Chef in 2019, Marco was given the opportunity to feature his own dishes and showcase his true talents.  Chef Marco has been the mastermind of many of our guest favorites in the past and we look so forward to what he creates in the future as our Executive Chef.
